SHIPPING


Do You Ship Worldwide? 

Yes we ship worldwide. We ship all items as Registered Mail via An Post - the Irish Post Office. We'll provide you with a tracking number so you can track your purchase from the second it leaves Ireland. If you need it faster, Express Courier Mail is available. If you would like to use another carrier such as FedEx or UPS, please contact us at info@jandodesign.com and we'll provide you with a quote.


How Long Will It Take To Ship My Order?

Non custom items ship within 1-3 days of payment. Custom items can take up to 7 days depending on the item. We’ll be in touch throughout the entire design process and send through a proof before we go to print.


Can I Track My Items?

Upon shipping, you will be sent a unique tracking number so you can check the current location of your parcel as it makes it way to you. You can track your item on www.anpost.ie using the unique tracking number we provide or, after 4 days from shipping, visit your country’s national postal carrier website, enter your tracking number, and you will find an up-to-date record of your order’s location.


How Long Will It Take?

Estimated delivery times with Express Registered Mail are:

  • Ireland: 1-3 working days
  • UK: 3-6 working days
  • Europe: 5-7 working days
  • USA: 7-10 working days
  • Australia: 10-12 working days
  • Rest of the World: 10-12 working days

 

Need something sooner? An express courier service is available. Please contact us for details before placing an order.

All custom items are made to order especially for you, please allow 2-5 days for completion. If you need something by a specific date just let us know and we will do our best to get it to you.


What Happens If I'm Not In When My Order Arrives?

All registered mail requires a signature on delivery. If there is no-one home, your item will be returned to your local post office for collection. A note will be left for you to collect the item. Please contact your local post office as soon as possible as they will only hold items for a few days. Tracking your item online is the best way to track your order and to check if there has been an attempted delivery. 


My Order Hasn’t Arrived. What Do I Do? 

Please contact your local postal service quoting the unique tracking number we provide and they’ll be able to provide an update. If you need assistance, please contact us.


There’s Been No Update On The Postal Service Website For A Few Days. What Do I Do?

It’s likely that your item is being processed through customs. Continue to monitor online or contact your local postal service quoting the unique tracking number we provide and they’ll be able to provide an update. If you need assistance, please contact us.


I Live In Dublin. Is There A Collection Service?

Sure! Just contact us before placing an order and we’ll do our very best to accommodate you.


Do I Have To Pay Any Additional Duties or Taxes?

For orders within Ireland, the UK and the rest of Europe there are no customs or import charges. For the rest of the world your parcel may be subject to customs and import charges.

 


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES


I’ve Changed My Mind. Can I Have A Refund Or An Exchange?

In the unfortunate event that you may wish to return an item we ask you to get in touch within 2 weeks of receiving the product. Once the return has been approved by us, the product must be sent back and received by us within 2 weeks from that date or we will be unable to accept it. Always contact us before returning a product as it will more than likely be rejected otherwise - contact us at info@jandodesign.com


Refunds & Exchanges - Important To Note

We only offer refunds or exchanges on non-custom orders as proofs are sent on all custom orders before going to print. 

Items can only be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of the order and must be unused, in the original packaging and undamaged. 

The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility.  

When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage of your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately. Any items which arrive back damaged due to insufficient packaging will not be accepted.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Cancellations are only considered if work has not commenced on custom items. In this case, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.  On all non-custom items, you can cancel your order but only before the item has shipped. Cancellations are not possible on shipped items.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION


Design Proofs

Please make sure that you carefully check your proofs for spelling errors, typos etc.  Jando Design are not responsible for errors noticed after final proof approval.  In the rare event an error is made by Jando Design, please accept our apologies and be assured that we will rectify the error as quickly as possible.


Colours

Colours may vary between monitors and printers. Therefore there may be a slight variation between the colour that appears on your computer screen and the colours generated for your printed products. After a proof is approved for printing, Jando Design will not be responsible for orders where there is a slight variation in the colour that appears on the computer screen and the printed product.

Environmentally Friendly Policy

Protecting the environment is extremely important to us. We only use locally sourced, high quality, recycled paper and card which is made of pure environmentally friendly, wood free ECF (Elemental Chlorine Free) pulp. All of their prints are packaged in biodegradable cellophane sleeves which are made from plant cellulose that is naturally 100% compostable.

Jando Design has full copyright of each item sold in this store and all credit for the designs must be attributed appropriately.

Our artwork cannot be re-sold or used in any other means without permission.

In accordance with standard license prohibitions, you may not resell, re-distribute or share in whole or in part for any reason; claim these designs as your own; or sell any digital or printed design. Copyright and right to reproduce does not transfer with sale of artwork.
